Governments or voters inside the USA republic, have Absolutely NO subject matter jurisdiction over the rights of the people. NO NGOs inventing laws, NO Legislators inventing laws or rules, etc.. The governments in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, California, etc.. cannot force adults to show ID's for a drink or a smoke or ingest what they desire, etc.. to try to stop kids from buying such things. Nore, can they search or take private property or infringe on rights with licenses, registrations, etc. Nore, can they set up so called sobriety stops, road blocks that stop all vehicles to search for ONE vehicle, etc.. rights of the people are above the privleges given to government servants. Read that last sentence again…

Time for Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, etc.. all states must command their law enforcement to obey the Constitution or go to jail, and be sued for breach of oath and derelict of duty, wrongful detention, kidnapping, etc.. FELONY actions.
All USA Citizens, Nationals, lawful entry people, anyone not currently inside a jail or a prison (but when released they do have rights returned in full)… have the right to bear arms. And until they harm others without just cause (defense) , they must be left alone by LAW enforcement, judges, congress, Federal jack-booted thugs, like FBI and ATF etc…
"In order to secure a free state," the right to bear arms shall not be infringed by policy, statute, code, law, rule, registration, background checks (registration hiding behind that claim), waiting time, etc...

Facts at law are simple NO STATE or FEDERAL government have subject matter jurisdiction when it comes to rights of the people. Governments have privleges to act for the people, but people have rights that governmetns do NOT HAVE. Governments cannot extort, tax, fine, license, overrule, remove, infringe, fine, stop, frisk, search, etc... when an American is using a right peacefully and not harming anyone.

Even so called FELONS, (with thousands of FAKE laws on the books of Deep state law makers, Everyone or Anyone, can become a felon) This is why all rights must be returned as rights are lifelong especially gun rights when sentences have been paid. Pleadings enforced to remove gun rights is extortion and a criminal action by governments due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction over human rights ! Time to arrest governements for breaking the laws. NO immunity for governments, PERIOD, as the USA Declaration of Independence is very clear about that. And the USA constitution commands it at LAW.
