@b_chamberlain @patphelan @paulreiddublin Proper incentives for high performing management individuals is the way to go. That's why CEOs of stock listed companies get paid millions in salary. The public sector in Ireland are not good at setting targets and incentives.

I think they need to find new management, and pay them a lot to sort this mess out - however - the pay should be tied to performance and results.
