Our passion is to shine a light on people's hidden gems
so they project authenticity & integrity. Coaching executives to speak powerfully & run great meetings
Acronyms - love them or hate them?
Whats the weirdest you have seen?
How about these:
BTDTGTTSAWIO (“been there, done that, got the T-shirt and wore it out”)
BOGSAT (“bunch of guys sitting around talking”)
DWISNWID (“do what I say not what I do”)
Meeting Mastery ® Tip #5
Have a starting time and a finishing time and stick to them. If people know you always start on time, they are more likely to arrive on time.
No exceptions!
Meeting Mastery ® Tip #3
Think like a project manager. Where are we at? What has been achieved? What needs to be done next - by whom, by when?
What is your mindset around meetings?
Meeting Mastery ® Tip # 2
Only invite the people who need to be there.
If the content of the meeting is not essential to a person's work, don't waste their time by inviting them when there is nothing to gain.
Meeting Mastery ® Tip #1
Don't have a meeting if there is nothing specific to decide or nothing to share that cannot be shared by email.
I know it's really basic but you'd be surprised how many meetings are held when they don't need to be.
