I've had an e-bike for 18 months and it's brilliant! The power assistance can be adjusted to suit one's fitness or state of remaining energy and the steep hills in Whitby are a doddle. 14 mph going up the Khyber Pass- wowee!

@GillCussons During full lockdown, the roads were empty but now I mainly stick to minor roads or the Cinder Track. It's currently being re-surfaced, so the section from Whitby to half way to Hawsker is superb. How are you all getting on - has work resumed?

@GillCussons Hi Gill. I finally recovered my Twitter account! We are fine up here. The town has been rammed all summer, but we keep away and either go to the cliff tops or some where like Dalby Forest. I bought an e-bike last year as part of my new health kick ( I lost 50 lbs)..
