@ManoftheField@kenashley There will still need to be parking/charging/staging areas but they will be just outside the core and can be placed in lower cost areas, still will free up countless perfectly located parking garages that will have a new highest and best use
@xwanyex How the hell do they even KNOW is my question? I’ve done full got reno’s without a permit. Only technically needed in my area for a new roof, electric panel swap out / upgrade, or adding square footage
Getting very close to official launch of my new Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) software launch https://t.co/9tYCY5FUl2

@HighyieldHarry $500k TC in Sales is a bit safer, but if you’re in management or in an overhead role, you are at the top of a spreadsheet along with other high earners and you are discussed in budget meetings
@N8RealEstate I got a quote for something similar years ago and oddly enough it was 1/2 the price to dig around the exterior, brace up the interior ceiling joists, demo the failing wall, lay new block and core fill the block with rebar and cement compared to steel beams to hold the wall back
@HVNYrefugee Oh - that is…interesting! I kinda love it, but I imagine it filters out a ton of natural light from the downstairs units…but sure makes accessing the upstairs units easier

@mnolangray Wide and I did EXACTLY that - moved from Nashville to a small town exactly 1.5 hours away from airport. It has no major cultural or natural amenities. We bought this house for $80,500 in 2017 (needed a TON of work). Ask me anything about our big life transition
@ingelramdecoucy I can vouch for Chattanooga. Own a tiny condo downtown, reminds me of a mini-Chicago. Beautifully maintained historic architecture, food and cocktail scene, walkability, relatively low cost, culture and arts, virtually every amenity you could imagine in a big city, just smaller
@ESisson7 Huge fan of Chattanooga. Live an hour away and wife and I just bought a tiny place downtown so we can go more often. The food + cocktail scene downtown Chattanooga punches WAY above its’ weight for a small city
@signulll I can’t believe I’m saying this - I agree?
I was thinking today, it makes NO SENSE that we’d even remotely consider Hunter Biden as POTUS: a convicted felon, no real experience in politics, used last name to gain money/power, magnet of controversy.
But now there’s PRECEDENT
