@KenyaPower_Care Error showing "old' when loading tokens. Ireset my Ciu last week. What do I do to resolve?

[David Lusaa @DavidLusaa]

@KenyaPower @KenyaPower_Care I reset my CIU and successfully loaded the token immediately. After that it is not accepting to loan subsequent tokens I have purchased. The error showing is 'old'. Advise what to do in this case.

@Cleophasmalala Good gesture. You gave it your best and age is on your side for future attempts.
