I really hate to do this, but when you are completely ignored by big corporations what else can you do? I purchased a new iPhone for my daughter just before Christmas. The @FedEx driver stole the package! I filed a claim and I was rebuffed. Be careful! No responsibility!
I wish the government would crack down on hidden fees! I just looked at @sectv and they advertised an ecomony package for $65 including internet only to find out the is a $31/month fee on top of that. Ridiculous! This isn't taxes which is a couple dollars.
I was taking apart the dash on my RV and had a question. I saw an ad for @justanswer to get a question answered for $5. I thought it was a pretty good deal. NOPE!!! They charged me $39 for a recurring monthly membership. Total scam!

Our flight was delayed today. Our transport was arranged through @NexusTours who wouldn’t change my pickup time, causing me to miss the transport and ultimately costing me $ to get back to airport. This shouldn’t be the way you treat VIP guests.

What a ripoff! I purchased an unlimited drink package for my first cruise on Black Friday. Royal Caribbean website said 50% off. Then I get onboard only to find out it was cheaper to buy on ship. Terrible way to treat customers!!! @RCCLNews Terrible way to treat customers!
