I can safely say: no goalie, in the history of the game, will ever come close to achieving what Ken Dryden did in 9 years:

1971: Conn Smythe + Cup 🏆🏆 (played 6 regular season games, plays the entire playoffs)
1972: Calder🏆
1973: Vezina + Cup 🏆 🏆
1974: takes the year off to become a LAWYER after he didn’t like the Habs offer
1975: Habs re-sign him
1976-1979: 4 Cups, 4 Vezinas. Back to back. AND RETIRES.

One of my all time favorite goalies growing up. He was unlike any other. The iconic Ken Dryden of the Montreal Canadiens passes away after a battle with cancer. He was 78.
I’ll always remember his calm demeanor and his classic pose during breaks in action. RIP Ken.
