Former Dem, once again proud Trump supporting Republican. Proud Jewish American, US Army vet. No regrets for voting for Trump in 2024. Times of Israel writer.
I believe that losing my first account due to missing the reactivation period was the best thing that happened to me in terms of my politics and values. The left’s response to Jewish Americans after the Hamas terror attack, along with the Democratic Party’s complicity in the rise of antisemitism on the left, was a wake-up call. After realizing that the Democratic Party doesn’t care about the safety of Jewish Americans, I reevaluated my beliefs. I concluded that most of what I believed as a Democrat, if I am being honest with myself, was because of the desire to be popular and noticed on social media. Whenever I had a thought that differed from the party line, I received backlash for it, and then I fell back in line. This break from social media gave me clarity and brought me back to my conservative core values. I also see a difference that the Republicans will hold antisemites from the right, unlike the left, so I feel I have a place to call home again. I promise never to leave the Republican Party nor vote for a Democrat again. I don’t expect followers or viral moments; I want to stand up for what is right for our country and combat antisemitism.
@YetisGotNards23@GregTheReinhold@UniversalWW@VividProwess@ChaiLife613 Idiot, you’re not getting the context.
He’s not choosing America over Israel.
He’s aware that sometimes this country elects bad people who may want to destroy Israel but will stand with Israel’s right to exist.
@DefiyantlyFree I’m glad I left the Democratic Party, I was called a person who supported “genocide” because i believe Israel has a right to defend itself.
Every single American who died on 9/11 died in vain.
And the GOP is nowhere to be found because they refuse to address the Islamic terror threat in America.
Now we have Hamas supporters going to Congress to be a voice for Hamas and Islamic jihad.
America 250 will likely mark the end of America. America 250 is going to be a funeral, not a celebration.
Karen Bass, the destroyer of Los Angeles, has managed to unite all off my friends regardless of politics. We are all in agreement that she is the absolute worst. Yet half the city voted for more of her “needles, crime, and human shit”policies. Evidently there’s no fixing stupid.
@elonmusk@Fooddudeflorida I don’t always agree with Jack but as someone who served in the U.S. Army because I love my country, i absolutely agree with his statement. I am proud to be American.
@AdBentley_10@WWEgames@undertaker I don’t understand why they use the least popular versions of Taker. And it only makes sense to use that Taker if they’re giving us 2001 Kane.
