Padres relief prospect Josh Mallitz came into a jam yesterday and pitched well. Showed a 5 pitch mix including a 94 mph fastball with 18” of iVB. Stuff graded out well. Last pitch was a nasty changeup. Has a chance to be a lower end reliever but if velo ticks up he can be more.
