@arperlman Dear Alex: Good to hear from you. Once Trump leaves office he can be prosecuted for inciting a riot. It depends on what the new AG wants to do, and if he thinks he can get a conviction. But Trump is clearly in trouble over this. It is now the focus of the second impeachment.
