The most appalling customer service @RMSPayments - no call back when promised, no machine for 4 days, no delivery of said machine, and get hung up on when trying to call to chase a new card machine! Please everyone stay clear of this company!

Advise any other businesses to avoid @RMSPayments at all costs! Been without a card machine for 4 days now and they couldn’t care less! Still awaiting a call back from said senior member of staff, but highly doubt that will happen! 1/2
