How come this issue was escalated more than 24 hours ago and nobody provides any feedback nor resolution to the issue ? Are you guys on holidays?! Because my business it is not! DU should have 24/7 support.
I'm sad to receive the worst service I've experienced from a telco company @dutweets . I've migrated my company line to DU, provided all the documents in the shop, traveled abroad for xmas and find out DU disconnects my service, due to "invalid address". #nosense
@tdrauae@dutweets@duCares More than 18 hours since my last message here, and nobody provides any resolution from DU @dutweets@duCares . It’s my 6th day without service ! This is a complete lack of customer service for my business, and such abuse should not be permitted. How can I report this @tdrauae ?
@tdrauae I would like to file an official complaint about this situation. Please observe this behavior from @dutweets@duCares. They have been preventing me from operating my business normally for the last five days, due to their own internal issues.

@duCares@dutweets You can check case num 1363238 in your Mobile Business Care system. All the information has been there for several days, and there has been no service restoration. My EID is up to date via UAE pass, and I have no debts on this account as it's a new line I've ported to DU from E&
I'm sorry @duCares but DM is not the answer, I have case Ref:1363238 opened for almost 5 days, provided again all the info that was requested, and still have no resolution of this issue, which is obviously impacting heavily my business operations !!!
It seems that taking your time to be in the office for the "address verification" requested by DU was a completely waste of time. Very bad service @dutweets
