In the Houston area, which I’m from, a charitable organization runs an add.
The jingle for this add sings, “donate your junk for joy, donate your junk for joy”.
It’s safe to say, that if I donate my junk…it’s definitely for joy.
Just paid IRS and property taxes.
Imma drink now.
Taxation is theft.
Eliminate 90% of federal government’s power.
Executive orders should be illegal.
Term limit everyone.
Cut all pay for every representative. Make it financially uncomfortable to work in DC.
@scrapbookhattie That’s such a profound question. Probably not any black or white answers. (1) manage your expectations…life is largely about expectations. (2) enjoy the day/moment, it’s all you have. (3) dangle a carrot out in front, short term, reward yourself periodically. (4) pray for others
@shoe0nhead Neither, they are just flamboyantly decorated cookies. They don’t appeal to me, but I understand that they may appeal to others. So as long as they’re not forced into my face, all is well. If you like pink frosted cookies, it’s ok. Keep it to yourself.
