@opodo @British_Airways . Everytime ( for the last 19 months) we have requested a refund, @opodo has blamed @British_Airways for not facilitating. Such poor business ethics on show by both companies. I would be ashamed to be linked to either of them at this rate.

@opodo @Opodo_UK Our travel plans changed 20 months ago. I would be understanding if this was more recent, but this is ridiculous. Every time we call, we are told we will have refund in 10 days but nothing happens, and we ring again and again. Surely, you can not condone this behaviour?

@opodo @Opodo_UK We made the purchase through Opodo and not through British Airways, meaning for us, it doesn't matter about the relationship Opodo has with BA. We are your customer, we are not BA customer. It really is a cop out by you at this stage to not have handled this by now.
