@acpatient The quality of 'health' could be 'whole-person health'. The care provided to achieve it, I've been calling 'virtuous medicine' or 'virtuous healthcare'. Not only because it's good, but in a classical sense virtue is about 'best of both (or all) worlds' approaches.

@Eurostar 4/3 just spoken to your customer care line. Staff helpful, pleasant and reassuring. But disappointing to have to take the initiative and wait to get through to someone to get any information.

@Eurostar we chose train instead of flying this time. We travel often to visit family. If a plane is cancelled, I'd expect an announcement, apology & directions with alternative arrangements. In this case we had none of that. Also nothing online. Hope you'll address this. 3/3

@Eurostar now en route to Brussels with NS who kindly let us board a normal NS service with our @thalys_en tickets but will miss our connection to London. 2/3

@Eurostar very disappointed with service traveling from Rotterdam central today. @thalys_en cancelled but no announcement, no staff on hand, no alternative given. Told to wait in a queue at the general international ticket counter with only 3 staff on duty.
