@YoshiCookie When used, the target is forced to move last in the turn. So in this scenario, Aggron could go down to a Light of Ruin, but thanks to Quash, Aggron can attack before the naturally faster Floette. It's also a status move, so it's best used on fast or prankster Pokémon.
