@LBC @IanpayneLBC No, Gary Lineker perfectly at liberty to make comments on his personal twitter page. He's not a news presenter and doesn't even work full-time for the BBC. It's the BBC who needs to get a sense of proportion and get their own house in order in relation to their Chairman.
