@Feargal_Sharkey (5) beware over the last 3 yrs Water Companies are now realising what incredibly strong powers they have & since being called out by Government are using them to fight back by making the customer pay. My MP will be talking to the minister. Thank you for reading.
@Feargal_Sharkey (4) front of house at the customer’s expense so they don’t need to upgrade theirs as quickly. They say plumbers are fitting parts ‘illegally’ manufactures are producing plumbing parts ‘illegally’ and the Country is at a serious health contamination risk.
@Feargal_Sharkey (3) my MP has confirmed the water act 1991 or regs 1999 have not been reviewed by Gov since privatisation & are not fit for purpose. Severn Trent are now using these powers to threaten, intimidate & bully businesses into upgrading their water systems
@Feargal_Sharkey (2) unprecedented powers in regards to enforcement & not even legally obligated to offer an appeal process when it comes to a customer not agreeing with a report the water company has sent them. In effect the powers they have make them Judge jury and executioner
@Feargal_Sharkey Hi please look at the water fittings regs 1999. I am holding out on principal atm which could see me criminally prosecuted for not agreeing with a Severn Trent report based on water fittings at my shop. My MP has confirmed the water companies have been given (1)
@AndyBurnhamGM 30 years of great service and one of the best Health Secretaries this Country witnessed within that time. The twist and turns of politics will present another opportunity soon I believe so keep on fighting for the true socialism our Country desperately needs.
@Tesco disgusting attitude by your staff at store 2581 Gloucester. You are open at 6am to tell a customer you cannot give a simple exchange because it’s before 8am- where is that written in the consumer rights act? If the product had been put on the shelf correctly be no problem!
@Keir_Starmer Please can you look into Severn Trent’s water fittings inspections on businesses based on the 1999 legislation. Inspections have risen dramatically from 50 to 100000 in 3 yrs. 80% of businesses have been made to pay to upgrade, without any form of appeal, prosecution threats made

I was informed today by a Severn Trent ‘inspector’ at my shop, the water the Company provide customers with does contain contaminates that are of a toxicity concern if they enter the uk waterways. Witnesses also overheard comment
@michaelsheen Mum & Dad always spoke highly of both your Dad & Mum.Your Dad delighted to meet my Mum, both entertainers & your Mum & my Dad related through family marriage. Dad passed last Sept but I know he would have wanted to have sent his condolences to the family. Thoughts with you all.
@GMB Look at Local Government practise regarding SEN pupils, many late diagnosed & those who are not given SEN school placements. It’s cheaper for LEA’s to place SEN pupils into mainstream & for parents to argue against is almost an impossible process. Policies that disrupts classes.
@GMB What about expensive long term incinerator contracts Councils, including one ‘up the M5’. They need 150’000 tons of residual waste per annum to keep them fired up. What will happen to them? Industrial waste being used with longer lorry journeys or a scramble for non local waste?
