Clenko coffee for the win 👌 buzzing 😂 @guyfila you can relate to this.

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

Buzzing for @EmporiumGym later again with the boys. Amazing gym, wicked atmosphere time to torture my back and chest 👌

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@BodyPowerExpo great first day followed by training legs with the greats at @EmporiumGym 💪 @GymBeing rocked it as always.

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@aBartick not sure, see how the diet goes 👍

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@aBartick 32kg or 70lbs sound any better 😳 a fair chunk will be fat...but not all 😈

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@guyfila @GymBeing yes mate 🐷🍰 just watch me change over the next 12 weeks though 😉 sadly no more beer and pizza for a bit.

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

If you are at BodyPower Expo tomorrow come see me on the Gymbeing stand (E8) and have a chat/laugh at how bulky I am 👌 @GymBeing #fitfam

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@guyfila hahaha you should actually train with us sometime...then you can experience leg day pain. 😈

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

@pro_indigo I bench 140kg for the same reps so it's a 40kg gain on barbell work. 😳

[Dave R @DavidRibbands]

It's a little victory but finally incline pressing the 50kg dumbbells 💪 can barbell press lots more strangely but hey it's a victory for me
