No idea what everyone is on about, this movie is four and a half minutes long and a 10/10. It stars the Aston Martin DBS, a couple 159s, and some unnamed Italian cannon fodder. Iโm told James Bond also appears in the film but cannot confirm.

Casino Royale still being the greatest spy movie ever made tricked me into thinking that maybe Quantum of Solace wasn't as bad as I remembered.
I was wrong, it's still bad.
@PluginHyBrad They're all awful. FCP Euro is the easiest to use (thanks to the saved garage mainly) but the way their SEO setup directs you to irrelevant parts when searching generically or via Google is infuriating.
If you're starting a superior aggregate, I'm down to do some media for it!
@SpeedSportLife@IAmSuburban Iโve gotten a lot of use out of that recently but couldnโt find the original template at the time ๐ญ https://t.co/rC13z1Ioea
I canโt think of another instance where someone with such a nuanced understanding of audience and lore is actually in charge of storytelling the way Parsons is here. Maybe Brad Bird with Incredibles and M:I.
Great situation to be able to trust an expert to make great work. Rare.
Our buddy who owns the shop down the road got an early Macan S in that needed a motor, and when he called Porsche to source one the dealer guys were like โwow, 130k, weโve never seen one last that long!โ
@arcadeuk@Sarah2Dicks If I had to guess, a high compression aluminum motor designed for power at high rpms that their customers demand, and not an iron-block that revs to 2500 for commercial applications.
@jaosn9364@jxminiemxchi IDL is just a bulk translation of driverโs licenses into a variety of languages (many spoken outside of Europe) and they are not issued by a governmental organization. Every time Iโve handed one to anyone they hand it back and just want to see my actual license.
Hot take here but no. For the film to feel HOLISTICALLY the way the back rooms feel (unreliable storytelling, deliberately vague characters, memorable but indistinct environment), it had to be shot beautifully and wide open.
It wouldnโt have accomplished that if it were messy.
I get why Kane and A24 went with the route they went for with Backrooms but I honestly think they couldโve also gotten away with a film that was just found footage and still have it work.
Found Footage #3 is 45 minutes and never stops being eerie and intriguing.
