@BrucePatrick23@MLFootball Knowing nothing about the study except what you wrote, somewhat, yes I disagree. There are always opportunities to take angles and evade contact. But I certainly agree that football is a violent sport, and this drill is a contact drill by design.
@_Floydd@MLFootball Obviously the run is worse, and the rb had bad pitch distance, but the pitch was higher and harder than it should have been, and he should have had some awareness/quick reaction to the RBs poor pitch distance maintenance.
@TimothyKhastag2 That is also true. Optimistic view would be maybe with better scheme and talent around him, Arod becomes more willing to take hits at least in key moments?
@ravrijeman@Steelersdepot Sure, but as of last year at least, Arod still had the arm as good as ever. It was just his legs that have declined significantly. Regardless of age, neither Stafford nor Arod can move around at all.
