That’s really not much and misses the point. Amazon has >1,500,000 employees globally, so only 10% offshored is very small, especially for a global company. The offshoring issue is overwhelmingly skewed in manufacturing jobs, subcontractors, etc, not so much these tech gremlins everyone wants to hate.
