This is a flood scenario map for if the Arkabutla Lake dam in DeSoto County, Mississippi were to fail. Water from the lake would flow into the Coldwater River and cause water rises of several feet in multiple counties. Damages would be catastrophic.

@smerconish @JoeBiden @CNN @cnni @GilTal2 I hope @JoeBiden does take measures to get more energy efficient cars on the road BUT I don’t think electric cars have the technology yet! In rural areas, an empty battery means you get towed! Also, I hope we expand Hybrids before we go all electric to catch up with technology.
