A week has now passed with no progress. Why does the white company have a complete lack of urgency when it comes to collecting the incorrect bed which blocks our hallway and delivering the correct bed? As long-term customers of the White Company we are very disappointed.

Despite being told numerous times by the White Company that the incorrect bed pickup and replacement bed delivery has been arranged with the courier, I have spoken to the courier and they still know nothing of either the pickup or the delivery.
