@WestMidRailway 2/2 No point giving 3 mins notice. Customers still think the 18:00 would go first and won't shift if they have seats to the 17:50, just in case they find themselves getting off the first train to leave (no train at 12 visible to get on)

@WestMidRailway Well pop down here to the crammed 18:00, where 17:50 people given insufficient time to change platforms have squeezed into a two coach train. There are wo trains: 17:50 and 18:00. Make sure they are at their platforms on time. We are.
