People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes,recovery starts with just one small step.

Ele concorreu para se blindar da justiça e, como ele mesmo admitiu, dar perdão para criminosos como o seu pai, Jair Bolsonaro, outro fracassado traidor da pátria.

Agora, blindando-se com a possível fuga, os riscos de que Flávio use sua posição de DERROTADO nas eleições para conquistar influência em outro país para desestabilizar o Brasil e a nossa Justiça são grandes demais para serem ignorados.

O mal deve ser cortado na raiz o mais rápido possível. Flávio não deve ter acesso a um real do dinheiro público que o sustentou nos últimos 30 anos.

Don't overlook frozen food business.

Today, I spent time around Apapa, Tin Can and the Amuwo Odofin axis, specifically at the frozen food storage and distribution hub.

Let me tell you something interesting about how this business works.

Many of my Igbo traders operating in this space do not own the warehouses where they keep their products.

They rent storage space in existing cold rooms and pay for storage and cooling.

Their job is to go out, find customers, negotiate deals and build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants and other food vendors.

Once they get an order, they supply the customer directly from the warehouse where their products are stored.

I met a woman who turns over more than ₦300 million monthly, yet she does not own the warehouse she uses. She pays for storage and serves her customers from there.

For business developers in banks and fintech companies, this is a segment worth exploring for financing.

These traders need financing to increase inventory, fulfil larger orders and expand their distribution networks.

Wholesalers come to these warehouses to buy and place delivery orders.

And if you are looking for a business to start, frozen food distribution is also worth trying.

You may not need to build a cold room from scratch.

You could begin by renting storage space, building a customer base and growing your inventory as demand increases.

This is where I spent my day today, understanding how money moves.

And guess what? I came back with three cartons of free fish.
