Tonight I crossed off a bucket list thing by helping decorate almost 600 Tim Hortons smile cookies. Remember a smile is just a frown upside down. Proceeds go to the Elmvale & District Food Bank. Tomorrow is the last day to buy a smile cookie (and one of my works of art!).

Just had the nicest nurse at the @SMDhealthunit Covid vaccination clinic give me my third dose (booster). All the staff was so friendly and the service was quick and well organized. Thank you all.
