Big news from track last night:

Siblings Megan & Tanner Guczwa broke the school records in the 400m dash with times of 58.7 and 49.6, respectively.

But that's not all!

The boys 4x200m relay team and Jaxson Tober, in the 300m hurdles, each broke their own records.

Today will be a social media takeover by Tegan Rose from Spring Lake, Michigan and Sandy Goudsblom from Alkmaar, Netherlands.

Tegan is a junior who loves sports. Sandy loves art, music, and makeup.

Today, they'll be letting us in on their experience a bit.
