@Mark_McEathron IMO, the action by one juror refusing to acquit when the evidence is obviously contrary to acquittal, is not the action of jury nullification. Jury nullification occurs when a jury disregards evidence of guilt, and tries to strongarm another juror to go along with them.

@CollinRugg We know one of the ladies left paralyzed. The hospital is saying that the hospital pharmacy put the wrong drug in the hypodermic injection. The drug actually given to the patients is the same drug used in prisoner executions. Hard to believe that this was just an accident.

@KINGGGE_ This mistake wasn't the fault of the county clerk's error. It was negligence on the part of the attorney for the creditor that did the title examination, and got the property address wrong. The law firm prepares the lien, and the clerk merely records what is filed by the atty.
