Bob Hoskins was one of the greatest. In the final scene of The Long Good Friday (1980), he silently replays the film's events in his head, ticking off signs of his ultimate downfall one by one. It's an acting masterclass. We'll never see another like Bob.
'The World at War' A 26 episode British television documentary series chronicling the events of the Second World War. it was produced by Thames Television in 1973.
The single greatest shot filmed in television history. In 1978, James Burke had one chance to film this perfectly timed launch of Voyager 2. If he missed, there would have been no chance to re shoot it.
