@drewjay This court is a terrible idea. Guys are slipping all over too. If you want to mess with this do it in a pre-season environment not the post season tournament.
@casey_lundquist Getting Diomande in the rotation along with Mboup has sparked the entire team. Similar to what Trey Stewart did last year. They just figured out Stewart needed minutes earlier. Better late than never.
Texas Tech's Christian Anderson leaves the game with an apparent groin injury after slipping and falling to the ground.
Definitely been more players slipping on this floor at Big 12 tourney than usual.
This should probably be a one-and-done for this court at Big 12 tourney.
It makes no different to me if BYU is good or not.
But Kevin Young
* Made a Sweet 16 Year 1
* Has had *5* season ending injuries Year 2
* Brought in the No. 1 pick in the draft this year- who has somehow *exceeded* expectations
Criticism, given the injuries, feels WILD to me
@CriddleBenjamin I will go you one better and say that BYU should play even more 3 TE sets! Perhaps put Kasper in there too or another TE who earns some reps.
Jimmer Fredette on the national broadcast of BYU's game:
"It's something where me being synonymous with this school means something more to me than just basketball.
"I'm part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and that's being a good person and trying to be someone who's a follower of Christ and bringing people to Christ and being a good example. That's something that's important to me and that's something that this institution is definitely all about.
"I do the best I can and try to treat people the right way and give this institution a good name when I go out on the road and play against all these different people and in all these different countries. It means more than basketball to me."
Protesters took to the frozen lakes in Minneapolis Friday to broadcast a message of distress to the world, spelling out "SOS."
The demonstration occurred as thousands marched through downtown Minneapolis in opposition to the ongoing surge in federal immigration enforcement forces.
FINAL in Tuscaloosa: Tennessee 79, Alabama 73
Tough loss for Alabama, but they showed fight.
Really feel like they're one or two G-Leaguers and a back-up from the '96 Bulls away from being an SEC title contender 😉😉
Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.
The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
I don’t often post things of this nature, but living in Minnesota I can say this needs to be shared widely both in and out of state. Please reshare and help stop the insanity in my state and our country before it turns into something even worse!
@CriddleBenjamin Yes! In fact they need 2 more. Hear me out. BYU needs to move to more 3 TE sets (like the Rams) to attack defenses. They don’t have an elite WR but have a ton of bodies in the room. Run 3 TE’s where you could have a strength and mismatch and then you only need 1 WR to “pop.”
BYU defeated that 9-4 TCU team, who just beat #16 USC, by 31 points… when TCU had their starting QB.
11-1 in the regular season with their only loss coming on the road to a Top 5 opponent.
These bowl results are making BYU’s already egregious snub from the CFP even worse by the day. All because the SEC (2-5 in bowls) needed 5 bids.

ESPN narrative. Red Raiders bought their playoff appearance.
Fight the bias.
Good luck to our BYU brothers vs Georgia Tech in the Pop Tart bowl. Cry Notre Dame.
