@Mikehomeseller I reckon I was 7 when my Dad bought it 1973. He got the Red one as well. I preferred the red at that age, but when I’d got to 9 I was gravitating towards the blue. I was aware from watching TV about the drugs,LSD etc and I couldn’t help notice their music was better as a result😂
@Mikehomeseller I grew up from a very young age with both that, the Red, Blue albums and Help. Help was first, probably 1971 and the others probably 73? The Blue album became my favourite. I couldn’t pick a favourite track, there’s so many unbelievable songs on there.
@TheHunterCarnes@JVMonte2 Good shout. I saw them play at Hammersmith Odeon in 1987 at the start of their world tour for Hysteria. I can still picture Steve with his low slung LP, Phil’s amazing Bela Jackson, Rick’s amazing drumming. It was a really good gig, they were all top notch. I’m glad I went.
@EdFinch424580@leigh_christian@afneil You’re going to admit how notoriously bad their electrical and electronic systems are? How about the air suspension issues?
