"Spiders and more spiders" - Spectacular appearance of an intact mesothelial cell sheet in a serous effusion specimen. Cells are anchored to each other like good neighbors with well-formed junctions and bridges. And yes, mesothelial cell nuclei very often have beautiful grooves.

But it is mostly very superficial with dilated lymphatics abutting the base of epidermis. This one is more deeper than that. Besides, look at the stroma: plenty of hemosiderin! It is targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma( hobnail hemangioma)
