@alexfmac I guess you could choose the option where people have to put your email in to send you a connection request. That should leave you with people you know and people that are willing to put in a bit more effort to find your email address. Aside from that, an EA could do this for you

@BassemDy@sw_unscripted That's a very broad statement. From my experience hiring Rust Engineers it can be "easier" to hire them but be prepared to pay a premium compared to mainstream languages. Also, Rust Engineers in my experience seem to be a lot more interested in what a company is building
