March 30/26- Tried to make donation #151 today but my blood clotted in the tube. Had to disconnect after 100 ml. Now I have to wait another 56 days before I donate again. It’s true - blood is thicker than water !
Sunday March 8/26 HRM Councillor Trish Purdy and I along with HRM Public Works Department representatives met with the Parish Council of St. John’s Anglican Church in Westphal to discuss a proposed roundabout intersection that will impact a portion of their church hall property.
It was Monday, June 15th, 2009 when I had the opportunity to meet the legendary Jesse Jackson.
He was truly a gentleman and a champion for civil rights and social justice. It was a honour and privilege to talk with such a great citizen of the world. #RainbowPUSHCoalition
