@GraemeBandeira This could have been taken in 1923 assuming the baby is Frederick born late 1922. The boys look a bit young for that though (late teens in 1923), so could have been taken during WW1. Have you looked at the back of the photo?
@GraemeBandeira Looks like they had two other sons John A and John M who had died in infancy. Sadly, not uncommon for the time. They had another son, Frederick born in 1922.
@GraemeBandeira Family lived at 17 Benjamin Street (Cannon Street area I think). John worked in Haverton Hill, probably used the Transporter every day.
@MehofferSat@SandyofCthulhu Patton lost more of his own men than any other US General in Western Europe. Monty valued the lives of his men. I know which I'd prefer to fight under.
@YorkFHS@danddfhs @FederationFHS @TeeBylo@heritagehunter@HDFHS01 I agree, really well put together event. The talk on the Falklands was excellent, really interesting speaker. Sadly I missed out on the cake

@GenealogyJude@SliversGhost@Ancestry I do think the additional features it brings should be part of the base subscription. However the DNA information has enabled me to break down a long standing brick wall of mine, the identity of my GG Grandfather.
