If you are a conservative activist or journalist, you need to be very careful. The media demonizes us every day, and they encourage people to incite violence against those who support President Trump and expose the Radical left.

What happened to @charliekirk11 today can and will happen to you too if you don’t take proper precautions.

We all said this would happen with the glorification of Luigi Mangione and the normalization of 86-47 chants in DC.

Watching the video of Charlie Kirk get shot in the neck, and possibly even assassinated if he doesn’t make it, I realize that could have been me. It could have been President Trump, @JDVance @SecRubio or @SecWar last night when he was ambushed at dinner. It could be any of you.

It’s not safe to attend political events anymore.

I used to mock people who would say, “be careful, it’s not safe anymore to attend events”. I used to say “don’t be such a pu**y.”

But, now I realize, they were right.

I am horrified.

As a lawyer, a veteran who wore the uniform, and a JAG who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, I can say unequivocally: you’re wrong, @RepThomasMassie.

President Trump has full constitutional authority to take military action against Iran’s nuclear program without a formal declaration of war. Article II, Section 2 empowers the Commander in Chief to use the Armed Forces to defend national interests and respond to imminent threats. The War Powers Resolution of 1973 allows a 60-day window, plus a 30-day withdrawal period, as long as Congress is notified within 48 hours. Claims that his actions were unconstitutional are simply false.

We all know Iran and its proxies were actively seeking nuclear weapons and targeting American troops and allies. President Trump stepped up and stopped them. I’m glad we have a Commander in Chief who eliminates terrorists instead of pandering to them, like you do.
