I lost my whatsapp account on Monday and I do not have any idea why and I have been trying to get in contact with support and it is a fucking Al that does not do shit. I had a very important conversation with my grandmother that passed away 3 years ago and now is gone because your stupid idea of including Al more into the systems, customer service etc
I have been using my whatsapp account for 8 years since I arrived to London and now is gone. I don't know why and if I want to talk to someone to escalate this matter, there is none.

If you see the chat, we were talking about going to the cinema abd maybe to some night clubs some friends recommend me. I am the legitimate owner of this phone number and I have not intentionally used WhatsApp for spam, scams, automated messaging, bulk messaging, or any activity intended to violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. I am so sorry if you interpretated that group as a sign of breaking the terms and conditions but I would never do that as I have been using whatsapp with this number for 8 years.
This is my personal WhatsApp account and losing access is causing significant disruption because I have important personal contacts and conversations associated with this number. Especially the conversation with my grandmother.. she passed away 3 years ago and that is the most important thing for me.
I respectfully request that the account and the activity that triggered the ban be MANUALLY reviewed again and to be able to speak with a human and not with the AI as I was getting the same responses today from it and I got really frustrated and desperate, crying because I didn't know what else to do or contact.

I promise to be more careful about what I say or do on WhatsApp. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I don't want it to happen again. Please help me recover my WhatsApp, as I need it. Please.
