Bringing those Infinity Stones out of the TVA wouldn't help stop Doctor Doom because the stones are completely powerless outside of their own specific native dimensions.

When Loki first arrived at the Time Variance Authority and found a drawer full of Infinity Stones being casually used as paperweights, he realized that their reality-warping omnipotence is completely tied to the physics of the unique universe they were harvested from.

The moment a stone is removed from its home reality and dragged into a separate timeline or a multiversal hub like the TVA, it loses its connection to cosmic space-time and turns into a useless piece of colored glass.

Since Doctor Doom is an invading sovereign attacking from an alternate universe, trying to weaponize Earth-616's or any rogue timeline's stones against him on a foreign battlefield would yield absolutely zero power output, leaving Loki completely exposed to Doom's own tech-sorcery systems.

It casually shears through Captain America’s shield because Uru completely out-scales Earth's vibranium.

While vibranium works by absorbing and redirecting kinetic shockwaves within its own physical limits, a heavy-velocity strike from an enchanted Uru blade wielded by a bloodlusted Titan completely overloads vibranium's molecular structure, shattering its internal bonds and breaking the shield like glass.

The fact that Kitty also has sm control over her ability that she can chose which parts of her body she wants to phase through and which ones to remain solid.

Like she could remain intangible and make the flat part of her hand solid to rip out your heart. (which she never does coz they writers don't want her powers to be seen as terrifying, and she doesn't end up killing everyone)
