@Discovery_SA@Vitality_SA This is good news. What if I cannot hit my vitality Active points for the week due to self isolation? Will there be any leeway? In particular where I need to hit the points to avoid paying for the Apple Watch

@flysaa_care Thanks I understand that. This doesn’t make any sense from a Customer Experience perspective. It appears that you only want us to use our miles when it suits you best. Emirates allows you to just deduct miles from the cost of any flight
@flysaa_care hi. I'm trying to use Voyager miles JNB to Perth...i have 121k, need 191k. The cost of "buying" the extra 70k miles (R17,5k) is MORE than the cost of buying a ticket without the miles (R14k). How's Voyager still so unfriendly to use? What options do you have for me?
@flysaa_care @AlainTardin good luck @AlainTardin . took me years to get my Gold card. Funnily enough, when i stopped using SAA and they downgraded me to Silver, that card arrived immediately!
