The Gardaí kept asking me for a statement, which is the evidence. Gardaí are not appointed to hear the evidence. In this country we have appointed judges to do that.

A judge can only hear the evidence after the substance of the complaint has been stated to the accused. The accused then has the right to admit the truth of the complaint, to deny it, or to say nothing at all. The prosecutor carries the burden of proving guilt beyond reasonable doubt. The evidence comes after that process, not before it.

Thankfully, the Director of Public Prosecutions has created hundreds, probably thousands, of these offence wordings. I intend to get access to them and share them with the country.

Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. His entire bank account has now been seized by the Irish Courts.

The Courts have also directed that the Irish Attorney General Rossa Fanning may apply to seize any other assets owned by Enoch Burke.

The root cause of this case was the principal's direction to all staff to address a male student by a new name and the "they" pronoun. This demand had no legal authority and has never been assessed for its constitutionality or lawfulness by any Court.
