@Matan_Vilensky@TharriesYT Only students stay on holiday for that long (mainly because it gets to hot to stay in school if you don’t have AC), while workers usually have 2/3 weeks of paid vacation in August
@BadWolfArchives It is entertaining, but I don’t think we as a fan base should settle for just that. The show used to be great TV, with complex and satisfying storytelling and amazing character arcs. Now it has lost its focus and the only good thing we can say about it is “It was fun I guess…”
@WilliamWhoDW We have to remember that, while reshoots make the episode messier, they can’t be used as an excuse for what happened. RTD chose to write Belinda’s ending that way, he could have done a lot of things with those reshoots and he wrote that
@thepostmonument I didn’t like how they handled the Rani and Omega (both defeated easily and terrible versions of the characters ), I didn’t like Belinda and Poppy’ ending, I didn’t like the regeneration (especially who Ncuti regenerates into), I liked 13 and Anita, and that’s pretty much it
@TharriesYT For me these episodes remain good, but a finale is so important to judge a series, especially in today’s television. So, I can’t say it’s a good season of DW, because all the set up, all the character work were undone in an awful awful finale. Same goes for S1.
@SafeSpaceDrWho @WilliamWhoDW Yeah I don’t want the fact that Billie is the Doctor to be the focus of the next series. Of course they have to acknowledge it, but they should do something similar to what Moffatt did with Capaldi
@WilliamWhoDW Series 11 is so underrated. Apart from Yaz, who was bland in these first episodes, I really think this series had some good and coherent character work (Graham and Ryan’s relationship). They should have just left after Resolution because they were useless in series 12
