The idea behind the TYO was to have HMRC evidence instead of requesting SA302

Burton CC has been the target of a burglary and mindless vandalism. This has been reported to the police, items stolen includes, a safe, copper water tank and power tools. If anyone has any information please contact us or the police. Can other local clubs please be vigilant.

@lcaller @Xero @GoCardless No, Xero is correct. If you use a third party payment provider such as GC then the customer has legally paid you once GC have collected the direct debit. If for any reason the money never came to you from GC then your claim would be against GC and not your customer

Has DCFC breached the rules of the 72 clubs - yes. Has DCFC been punished by the 72 clubs - yes. Then why can 2 of the 72 clubs go for separate punishment?
Also, how could MFC bring a claim in January 2021 before DCFC found guilty?
