On 3rd May 1958, Jimmy Murphy proudly led out a rag tag United side for the FA cup final against Bolton. 3 months earlier after that awful day in Munich, the directors wanted to shut the club down. He wouldn’t have it, he insisted the club went on. Today we honour Jimmy. #MUFC
