Dapat mag-resign o tanggalin na sa pwesto yang trigger happy na Senate Sgt.-at-Arms na yan. He knows or ought to know na bawal ang warning shots sa rules of engagement. Inilagay niya sa peligro ang buhay ng maraming sibilyan.
Evidence against the statement of SP Cayetano and OSAA Aplasca:
1. Zyann Ambrosio Exclusive Footages
2. NBI Body Cam Videos
3. Letter from GSIS asking for NBI Assistance
4. Statement from the Marines and PNP deployed and requested by OSAA
and now, this?
Nakaka-hiya pa yung mga Senador na nag-Facebook live sa fake “The Senate is under attack”
Restore the integrity of the Senate!
Isn't it quite cathartic na yung conspiracy nila Alan Peter, Bato, at Robin, is unravelling because of the fearless and honest reporting of Victoria Tulad and Zyann Ambrosio.
From a the facebook post of Mogs Manuel Mogato:
The shooting incident at the Senate building is getting clear.
1. The NBI has a presence at the GSIS building, adjacent to the Senate premises.
2. The NBI was bolting a door at the first floor to prevent people from the Senate to exit into the GSIS building.
3.There were five or six NBI agents at the second floor of the GSIS building that has an access to the Senate building but they were there to prevent anybody to exit the Senate to GSIS. They have no intention to get into the Senate to serve the ICC warrant.
4. The NBI presence at GSIS was based on a written request by the GSIS executives.
5. The shooting was initiated by the OSAA when Mao Aplasca fired a warning shot. Aplasca has to explain why he fired a warning shot when the NBI was not breaking into the Senate.
As a former police officer, Aplasca should know it was illegal to fire a warning shot. Worse, Aplasca should know he was firing at a person of authority.
6. Given that the NBI fired back at least five shots, Aplasca’s men retaliated with almost 30 shots.
7. Police investigating the incident noticed the trajectory of the bullets were toward the ceiling and upper portion of glass panel.
8. Paraffin and ballistic tests and the CCTV would further set the record straight.
9. The incident showed the Senate was not under attack. Aplasca fired the first shot. And it was not justified in the absence of a threat.
If the Senate was under attack, security personnel would remove the senators from the building but why did they stay up to almost midnight. Kumain pa.
10. It appeared the incident was planned. The AFP and PNP assigned to the Senate did not discharge their firearms, only the OSAA personnel. It was an overkill.
Aplasca is liable for creating an incident that could harm civilians, including journalists.
There was no assault. The NBI had identified himself as a law enforcer, so there was no reason for Aplasca to fire a warning shot.
Mukhang staged to create an incudent, a pretext for Senator Ronald Dela Rosa to escape and go into hiding again, evading an ICC arrest warrant and a possible TRO and SQA denial from the Supreme Court
He could run but not forever. The ICC warrant does not expire
: so every single one of the three & a half thousand ppl who was killed was a drug dealer?
: yes!
: how do we know that? u didnt trial them. u didnt prosecute them. u didnt charge them. u shot them on sight. thats not a democratic way of solving crime

SLAP them for slapping the Filipino people in their faces.
#ParaSaPilipinas
woke up to international media picking up last night’s senate shooting.
this isn’t just a headline. it raises red flags about institutional stability and rule of law credibility. also carries real international implications: migration, reputation risk (e.g. ofws, visa scrutiny).
when politics becomes a spectacle for self‑interest, the damage always lands on filipinos, not the performers.
We must protect our people and our institutions. We must never allow rule of law to be weakened or used as a shield for the privileged few.
Just caught up on the news in the Philippines. Nakakalungkot na umabot sa sitwasyon na ganun, in fact, it’s so sad that it even happened. 😕 I guess all we can do as citizens and voters is watch, learn , take note and continue to pray for our country. 😕🙏🏼
Someone has to be made accountable for Bato’s escape.
No less than the DILG Secretary and PNP Chief entered the senate building last night to secure the senators.
The public was assured last night Bato was in the “5th foor, in his room, resting”. Bato’s lawyer showed a video last night of Bato supposedly in the senate.
The senate building should’ve been secured last night - no one in, no one out.
We need answers. How did Bato escape? Who helped him?

It’s a temporary setback….we didn’t give up in previous battles when the odds were far greater and yet we prevailed, we certainly will not give up now.
Para sa bayan. Walang bibitiw. Tuloy lang.
