@smerconish Everyone knows The Greatest Generation had it hardest. But to answer your question, I voted for the youngest generation. As a 68–year-old, I’ve already lived through much of my future. The unknowns for the kids are immense and who knows what will happen.

@RichardHaass Thank you for your commentary. With respect to your Substack letter, "Home & Away," the title reminds me of the late Anthony Lewis' column in the NYT. His title was "Aboard At Home" when he was in the US, switching to "At Home Abroad" when he traveled.
