Notion is a monster 🔥 as a powerhouse when managing all your tasks and documentation or using it as your daily planner.

As you can see, one of the snapshots of our project (mixed of UI and UX and other issues) is in the Table View. You can view the same using its Timeline, which is excellent for planning the entire roadmap and taking action.

Setting up Notion would take some time, but it's worth doing it in the long run. If you don't have time to learn, you can still use multiple Notion templates on the web.

It's good enough for its pricing as well. I still use its Plus plan which is $8 per month, which is more than enough to take care of ....

Coda is similar to Notion, and I bet the Figma team uses Coda for writing PRD, etc. You might give it a shot.

Todoist, Things, Any. Do, etc., are great Apps for task management.

If your company or startup has many tasks to complete, including employee onboarding, documentation like PRD with versions, and a product roadmap, you can definitely choose Notion.

I would love to hear from others too, who use anything else for their everyday activities using just 1 tool 👋
