And yeah, I'm looking at this ownership with Howe. Last summer was, I think, our first bad window/season of transfers. Think that's an important perspective. If we have two bad ones in a row, especially now we have a DoF... that's bad.

@TimIreson @ADMusgrove Indeed. The only "positive" it's only been a week since the window opened. World Cup I'm sure, is slowing things down, but you'd hope we get a few in before pre-season. Even Bruno said recently how much new faces mean to the camp.

@TimIreson @ADMusgrove Of course, but the club can also promise what's to come. For a young prospect, you can look to Hall, Gordon, etc as development examples. For a bigger name, you have to sell "well, once you sign, we have X and Y coming in next week"

But I agree, publicly, we need to do a deal.
