@ryszard_wilk Prowadzę JDG i mam jednego kontrahenta - firma z UK.
No i obowiązkowo nurkowanie 😁 chociazby intro dive na próbę
Miejsce wykonywania pracy dowolne. To chyba tyle jeśli chodzi o PIP.

#X1 Questions & Answers
------
What’s going on with staking and why does it take so long?
The X1 blockchain controls how fast stake can activate or deactivate to keep the network stable. Only 25% of the total staked amount can change within a single epoch (a 24-hour cycle). This prevents sudden large shifts in validator power that could disrupt consensus or risk network failures. Since the system is still in its early phase, staking and un-staking happen gradually as the network “warms up.” Once about 1 billion XNT is fully staked, the process will accelerate, and activation times will shorten to normal levels within about 10 to 12 days.
------
How long is an epoch and what does that mean for staking?
An epoch on X1 lasts 24 hours, consisting of 216,000 slots, each roughly 0.4 seconds long. Stake activation and deactivation occur once per epoch, meaning updates to validator participation happen daily. This structure allows the system to manage staking changes in predictable, controlled intervals and helps the network maintain consensus without abrupt transitions.
------
Why do existing validators have to un-stake when new ones join?
The delegation program automatically balances stake across all validators to maintain fairness and decentralization. When new validators come in, a small portion of stake from existing validators is redistributed so everyone holds roughly equal weight based on performance. This is handled algorithmically without human involvement. Validators with strong uptime and reliability keep their share, while those with poor performance lose delegation, keeping the validator set stable and efficient.
------
Does the $1,000 staking requirement affect the bootstrap bonus?
There are two separate reward systems on X1. The Delegation Program allows anyone with as little as 2 XNT to participate and automatically receive delegated stake based on node performance. The Bootstrap Bonus Program is meant for validators who self-stake between 1,000 and 10,000 XNT. Participants in this program can earn up to 24% annual rewards, an 8% base rate plus a 16% performance bonus, applied only to their self-staked tokens. This approach rewards operators who invest their own tokens in the network, encouraging real commitment and reliability.
------
If I start multiple validators, do I get more rewards?
Running multiple validators is allowed and encouraged. Each validator can qualify for the bootstrap bonus up to 10,000 XNT of self-stake. For example, someone running five validators with 10,000 XNT each can earn rewards on all of them. This structure discourages large single-node operators and encourages participants to spread their stake across several smaller validators, which strengthens decentralization and improves network security.
------
Does the delegation program approval really take 1–3 business days?
The text about waiting for approval is outdated. The delegation process is now fully automated, with no manual review or KYC requirement. Anyone can join immediately by running a working validator node that meets performance criteria. This ensures open access and aligns with X1’s philosophy of complete decentralization and no gatekeeping.
------
How long before the TGE on Solana?
The Token Generation Event and liquidity rollout will happen after several technical milestones are met. Work is underway to add X1 support in Backpack wallet and to complete the required updates for XDEX, the decentralized exchange. The focus right now is on network stability, validator onboarding, and performance. Once these are solid, the team will move toward exchange listings and broader liquidity, ensuring X1 is fully ready before public trading.
------
What about people who want to buy XNT now?
A new conversion system is planned to make it easy for users to get XNT directly. The idea is for users to send USDC on Solana to a specific wallet address and instantly receive XNT on X1 at a 1:1 ratio. Because X1 and Solana share compatible wallet formats, this can be done safely without complex bridging. This system would give early participants and validators a simple way to acquire tokens before liquidity pools and centralized exchanges are available.
------
What if the delegation program gives me a million XNT, do I get 24% on that?
The 24% reward applies only to self-staked tokens, not to delegated tokens. Even if the delegation program assigns a validator one million XNT, the validator only earns the normal commission rate (around 10%) on that delegated amount. The higher rate is meant to reward validators who stake their own funds, demonstrating personal investment in the chain’s security and success.
------
What if my node goes offline or performs badly?
Validator rewards depend directly on uptime and reliability. If a node performs poorly or stops voting in consensus, its bootstrap bonus is reduced in stages, from 24% down to 16%, then to 8%. Continued underperformance leads to delegation removal. The system automatically tracks each node’s performance metrics and adjusts rewards accordingly, ensuring that only consistently reliable validators maintain full rewards and delegation.
------
What if someone stakes too much into one node?
To prevent centralization, there is a maximum self-stake limit of 10,000 XNT per validator in the bootstrap program. This rule keeps any single validator from gaining excessive influence and encourages operators to distribute their stake across multiple nodes. It improves network resilience, since no individual node failure can significantly affect consensus or block production.
------
How does this differ from Solana or other blockchains?
X1’s validator model is fully permissionless and automated, in contrast to Solana’s, which often involves manual approval and KYC checks for delegation. On X1, anyone can become a validator by meeting technical standards, with stake delegation handled transparently through performance metrics. The network launched with around 500 validators, far more than typical Layer 1 launches, and aims to surpass Solana’s validator count within a year, making it one of the most decentralized blockchains in existence.
(Thanks to @mrJackLevin for explaining this in yesterday's space - https://t.co/83K2UlAoJ5).
We've launched X1 Mainnet on Oct 6th, the day crypto hits all time high.
Now 4 days later we've cross over 500 Validators connected to the Network (On the day when crypto had its largest liquidation). #X1 https://t.co/oTkRoRP7RP
🎉 Happy Birthday, XEN Crypto! May the flames of innovation and the fireworks of freedom keep burning brighter every block! 🚀
